Motion submission process now closed

The process for IUCN members to submit motions is now closed and we are pleased to announce that approximately 160 motions have been submitted. The list of the submitted motions is available here. Please note that the meeting of the Resolutions and Programme Working Groups to review the motions will take place on June 23-26.

As there was a technical problem with the online submission on the last two days before the deadline, please make sure you have received confirmation of receipt. Please send a message to motions@iucn.org if you have not received this confirmation.

The draft motions will now undergo a technical review by the Secretariat to assist the Resolutions Working Group. Those motions determined to be eligible by the Resolutions Working Group will be posted on the Congress Website on or before 5 August 2008 in English, French and Spanish.
